Palm Beach Gardens, FL- James T. “ Jimmy “ Falzone, 58, formerly of Timothy Cir., in Spfld., passed away suddenly on Aug. 31, 2013. Born and raised in Springfield, MA., beloved son of Susan A. Falzone and the late Joseph C. Falzone. Jimmy was a former altar server and organist at St. Catherine of Siena Parish. He was a popular musician and entertainer who thrilled many with his music throughout the Palm Beach, Hartford and Springfield area, including performing at Salvatore’s Restaurant and the former Willow Glen. Jimmy also an avid golfer. He will be remembered for his sense of style, his kindness and generosity as well as a delightful sense of humor. Jimmy touched many lives and will be remembered by all who knew him, especially his friends who enjoyed his many wonderful dinner parties. He worked as a teacher at Baldwin Prep School in North Palm Beach where he taught music and cooking. Besides his loving mother Susan A. Falzone, Jimmy leaves his 3 children, Jacob Kohler of Spfld, Nicholas and Angelina Falzone of Palm Beach Gardens, his dear brother Joseph C. Falzone and his wife Judith of Wilbraham, and cherished sister Wendy S. Mascaro and her husband James of Spfld, his nieces and nephews, Kristen and Scott Harvey, Richard and Kristi Falzone, William and Stefanie Falzone, Brennan Mascaro and Lindsey Brush and Kyle and Evan Mascaro, 6 great nieces and nephews, his 2 aunts Dorothy Saroce of Spfld and Judith Duclos of S. Hadley along with many cousins, extended family and friends. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held MONDAY. 11 AM in St. Catherine of Siena Church, 1023 Parker St., Spfld. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be held at the SAMPSON’S CHAPEL OF THE ACRES FUNERAL HOME, 21 TINKHAM RD., SPFLD., MONDAY from 9 to 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Friends of the Homeless Inc, 769 Worthington St., Springfield, MA 01105
