Jack William Wildcatt, 63, of the Birdtown Community, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, August 31, 2008 at Cherokee Indian Hospital. A native of Cherokee he was the son of the late Bowman and Bessie Jackson Wildcatt. He was also preceded in death by 2 sisters, Dorothy Louise Wildcatt, Lucy Ann Wildcatt and by grandparents, Jacob Jackson and Ollie Ben Jackson. He was a member of the Cherokee Church of God.

He is survived by:

1 Son Edison Wildcatt of Cherokee

A Special Daughter Raynee Catt of Cherokee

5 Sisters Kathleen Mendez and husband Soloman of Hendersonville

Hattie Wildcatt and Husband Mike of Cherokee

Melitia Lossiah of Cherokee

Dianne Wildcatt of Cherokee

2 Brothers Abraham Wildcatt of Cherokee

Johnson Lee Wildcatt and wife Gwen of Cherokee

1 Aunt Elizabeth Jackson of Cherokee

Pallbearers will be Eddie Wildcatt, Steve Kirkland, Chris Kirkland, Johnny Wildcatt, Curtis Wildcatt, James Wildcatt, Frell Reed, Guy Wildcatt, James Locust, Stan Crowe, Richard, Little Rich, and Skylar Bottchenbaugh.

Funeral Services will be held 2 pm Thursday at the residence on Fisher Branch Rd. with Rev. James (Bo) Parris and Ray Kinsland officiating. Burial will be in the Ben Cemetery. The body will be taken back to the home at 4 pm Tuesday by Crisp Funeral Home to await the hour of service.
