Age 66, of Roselle, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, June 30, 2013.

Kathy graduated from Conrad High School in 1964 and worked for a time at Three Little Bakers and went on to become a hair stylist. She was employed later in life by JC Penney in the stock department until retirement in 2009. Her most important and beloved job, however, was as fulltime homemaker. Kathy was a devoted wife, mother, sister, mom-mom, and friend and was loved by all who knew her. She had a caring, generous, and spirited nature. She demonstrated remarkable courage and strength during her final months of life.

She was the daughter of the late James F. Kane, Sr., and Agnes Kane. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Little Jimmy, Bill, Bob, Jack, James Jr.; and sisters, Sissy and Aggie. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, William S. Krupa, Jr.; her children, Kathleen Dyson and her husband, Cliff of Wilmington, William J. Krupa of Wilmington, Christine Moser and her husband, Joseph of Wilmington, and Michael Krupa of Middletown; her grandchildren whom she adored, Tom, Katie, Jordan, Cassidy, Joey, and Maddie; her brothers, Joseph Kane and his wife, Bonnie of Wilmington, Paul Kane and his wife, Joanne of Middletown, Thomas Kane and his wife, Linda of Landenberg, PA; and many nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses at the Helen Graham Center, Delaware Hospice and Kathy’s nurse, Latrina.
