Joseph R. Faust, 77, of Greenwood, Indiana and formerly of Clarksville, Tennessee passed away Monday, March 12, 2012 at Franciscan St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born December 27, 1934 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to Delbert and Aleta (Stevens) Faust. He married Carol Sue (Doris) Faust; she preceded him in death. Joe retired as Chief Warrant Officer of the U.S. Army. Survivors include his mother Aleta Faust of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; sisters Carolyn (Frank) LeFentres of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Elizabeth (Ernest) Farmer of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Judy (Edward) Wattles of Ramsey, Illinois; daughter Joyce (Richard) Skaggs of Greenwood, Indiana; granddaughter Jacqueline (Jake) Cline of Greenwood, Indiana; grandson Joel Simpson of Shelbyville, Indiana; and great-granddaughter Addyson Simpson. He was preceded in death by his father Delbert Faust and wife Carol S. Faust. The Reverend Cleon Wright will conduct a chapel service at 1 P.M. (Evansville time) Thursday, March 15, 2012 at Park Lawn Cemetery, 1526 South Green River Road in Evansville, Indiana, will military honors to follow. Entombment will be in Park Lawn Cemetery.
