Harland moved his family to Monmouth in 1948, where he worked as a herdsman for 25 years at the Woolworth Estate in East Monmouth. He worked with dairy cattle most of his life. He is survived by a son, James Kennison and his wife, Jolene, of Livermore; a daughter, Marie Farrington, of Wales; 7 grandchildren, Lester and Warren Libby, Doris Corum, Deborah, Tim and Rebekah Kennison and Martha Murray; and 7 great grandchildren.
