Born in Brooklyn, NY Oct. 12, 1936, he was the son of the late Theodore A. Kehle Sr. and Emilie Fischer Kehle.

He was a longtime employee of Pitney Bowes with 47 years of service, having retired as the Director of Government Contracts.

Ted lived his dream in the beautiful home where he lived with his wife on Candlewood Lake. His greatest passion was experiencing life through the eyes of his children and grandchildren. He was a generous and unselfish man who always found the best in people and spread his positive attitude and loving ways to all who had the good fortune of knowing him.

Survivors include his wife Nancy J. Rosinski Kehle of New Fairfield, a daughter Lisa Franze and her husband Frank and their children Sammie and Stephen all of New Canaan, a son Theodore (Ted) A. Kehle III and his wife Kimberly, and their children Brooke and Theodore (Teddy) Kehle IV all of Stamford, a brother Ronald E. Kehle and his wife Grace and their children Kristina and Eric all of Westport, and a cousin Ralph E. Bohnenberger and his wife Joyce both of New Jersey. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
