Rotha Renee Dietiker, daughter of Billy Joe Gibson and Gwendolyn Jane (Talbot) Bolte, was born March 12, 1966 in Waynesville, Missouri. Renee grew up and attended school in Laquey, Missouri. As a young girl, she attended the Idumea Baptist Church near Laquey.

Renee was united in marriage to Terry Dietiker and they were blessed with three children: Crissy, Michael, and Sarah. Renee was very proud of the accomplishments of Crissy for being a good mother, Michael for fighting for his country in Iraq and Sarah for attending college.

Renee was a certified nurses assistant and worked in health care for 15 years. She was a very caring person and was good with her patients. In her spare time, Renee enjoyed being outdoors fishing and she loved doing karaoke. Renee was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #26 Girard, Kansas for five years. The one thing that kept Renee youthful was her three precious granddaughters: Kelci Lynn Renee, Katilyn Leann and Madison Jane. She was a very good Nana and she treasured the weekends that she could spend with them planting flowers outside or playing their favorite game, dress-up.

Renee passed away the evening of Saturday, January 29, 2005 near Laquey, Missouri at the age of 38 years, 10 months and 17 days.

Renee will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered by her father and step-mother: Billy Jo and Lottie Gibson of Laquey, MO; her mother: Jane Bolte of Girard, KS; one son: Michael Dietiker of Camp Pendelton, CA; two daughters: Crissy Guzman of Lebanon, MO and Sarah Dietiker of Park Hills, MO; one sister: Penni Vess of Girard, KS; two brothers: Tracy Gibson of Laquey, MO and Donnie Forester of Buffalo, MO; three grandchildren: Kelci Lynn Renee, Kaitlyn Leann and Madison Jane; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Renee was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents.

Memorial services were held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 2, 2005 in the Waynesville Memorial Chapel with Rev. Danny Graves officiating. The songs "Nights In White Satin, "Holes In The Floor of Heaven and "Amazing Grace were played. To celebrate Renees life, a video tribute was shown. Services were under the direction of Waynesville Memorial Chapel.
